How to start a new syringe program…

…how safe consumption sites work…

what about xylazine…and much more

The Ohio syringe program conference will be held Monday-Tuesday, May 22-23, at the Ohio State University in Columbus.

More than 100 people have already registered for this statewide conference. The event will cover everything from expanding the reach of syringe service programs to drug checking to what people who use syringe programs think.

Kailin See

Kailin See from OnPointNYC, our country’s first overdose prevention center, will open the conference with an explanation of how the safe consumption site operates.

Registration is far exceeding expectations, but the venue can handle even more. Consider attending. The $75 registration fee covers food, parking, continuing education credits and more for two days. (Register here.)

Here are the scheduled sessions.
